Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of MyDreamX, including its website, accounts, practice challenges, competitions, scores, player history and leaderboards.

By creating an account or using MyDreamX, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Additional rules displayed for an individual competition form part of these terms for that competition.

2. Operator and contact

MyDreamX is operated by Sheminlal Arathara Murali from Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Questions, complaints and support requests may be sent to hello@mydreamx.in.

3. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use MyDreamX or participate in any proposed competition.

You must provide an accurate date of birth. You must not create an account for a minor or allow a minor to use your account.

We may restrict or close an account if we reasonably believe that the user is under 18 or that inaccurate information was supplied.

4. Geographic eligibility

Competitions are intended only for users located in jurisdictions where participation is legally permitted.

MyDreamX may restrict participation from any State, Union Territory or other location when required by applicable law, regulatory direction or legal advice.

Users must not use location-masking technology or provide false location information to bypass a restriction.

5. Your account

You must provide correct registration information, protect your password and maintain control of your account.

Each person may maintain only one player account unless MyDreamX gives written permission otherwise.

Accounts, competition entries, tickets, scores and prizes may not be sold, transferred or shared with another person.

You must notify us if you believe somebody accessed your account without permission.

6. Free practice

Free practice challenges are provided for testing, entertainment and skill development. Practice does not require a ticket, payment, deposit or wager.

Practice scores have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or redeemed and do not qualify a player for a competition prize.

Practice scores are stored separately from verified competition results.

7. Proposed weekly competition

The proposed initial competition is a weekly visual-memory and placement-accuracy challenge for up to 50,000 eligible players.

The proposed ticket price is ₹5. One ticket provides one competition attempt, and each player may enter the competition only once.

Ticket sales, paid entries and competition participation will remain unavailable until MyDreamX completes the required legal review and receives any necessary classification, registration or approval.

Opening and closing times will be displayed in Indian Standard Time. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

8. Proposed prizes

The proposed initial weekly prize structure is:

• First position: ₹25,000;
• Second position: ₹10,000; and
• Third position: ₹5,000.

The total proposed prize pool is ₹40,000. Final prizes and any sponsor information will be displayed before entries open.

Prizes may be subject to identity verification, eligibility review, applicable taxes and legally required deductions.

MyDreamX will not require a winner to pay an undisclosed charge to claim a legitimate prize.

9. Skill, scoring and ranking

MyDreamX is designed to test visual memory and placement accuracy. Players study ten dot positions and attempt to recreate those positions within the permitted time.

Rankings are determined by the highest verified accuracy score. If two or more players have the same score, the player with the shorter verified completion time ranks higher.

If both score and completion time are identical, MyDreamX may apply an additional skill-based tie-break challenge or another tie procedure stated in the final competition rules.

MyDreamX may review results before declaring winners. Displayed rankings are provisional until verification is completed.

10. Identity and prize verification

A potential winner may be required to complete identity, age, location and payment-account verification before receiving a prize.

Verification may require information from a supported Indian identity document, PAN details, bank-account information or other evidence legally required for prize payment and tax compliance.

Do not email or upload Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence or another identity document unless MyDreamX introduces an authorized verification process and specifically directs you to use it.

Failure to complete verification within the stated period may result in loss of eligibility, subject to applicable law and the final competition rules.

11. Proposed payments and tickets

Payments are not currently enabled. If approved and activated, payments will be processed through an authorized payment provider using supported payment methods.

A ticket becomes usable only after payment is successfully confirmed. A pending, failed, reversed or unauthorized payment does not create a valid competition entry.

Tickets are personal to the registered player and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged or converted into account credit.

MyDreamX does not currently provide a player wallet, deposit balance, peer-to-peer transfer facility or cash-withdrawal feature.

12. Proposed refunds and cancellations

The final refund policy will be displayed before real payments are enabled.

If MyDreamX cancels a paid competition before a player uses their ticket, the player will normally receive a refund through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

If a verified platform failure prevents a paid attempt from starting or being completed, MyDreamX may provide a replacement attempt or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will not normally be provided after a player has successfully started or completed an attempt, except where required by applicable law or caused by a verified MyDreamX system failure.

13. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, automation or cheating tools;
• use multiple accounts or another person's account;
• share answers, target positions or protected game data;
• tamper with scores, timers or competition results;
• exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities;
• interfere with another player or the service;
• submit false eligibility or verification information;
• attempt unauthorized access to MyDreamX systems;
• use location masking to avoid legal restrictions;
• make an unauthorized or fraudulent payment; or
• use MyDreamX for unlawful activity.

14. Review and disqualification

MyDreamX may review competition entries for unusual device activity, automation, duplicated play, manipulated timing, multiple accounts, payment fraud or other suspected violations.

An entry may be withheld, corrected or disqualified when there is reasonable evidence of cheating, fraud, ineligibility, technical manipulation or violation of these terms.

Where appropriate, the affected player may be asked to provide an explanation or supporting information before a final decision is made.

15. Technical requirements and failures

Players are responsible for using a compatible device, current browser and stable internet connection.

Scores may be affected by device size, browser behaviour, display scaling, connection quality or other technical conditions.

MyDreamX may pause, reschedule or cancel a competition affected by a material technical failure, security incident, regulatory direction or event outside reasonable control.

16. Public nickname and leaderboard

Your public nickname and verified competition statistics may appear on a leaderboard.

Your legal name, email address, phone number, identity documents, bank information and date of birth are not intended to appear publicly.

We may remove an abusive, deceptive, unlawful or impersonating nickname.

17. Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains what personal data MyDreamX processes, why it is processed, what may be displayed publicly and how users may request access, correction or deletion.

18. Intellectual property

MyDreamX branding, software, interface, challenge design, graphics, text and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service according to these terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

19. Suspension and termination

MyDreamX may restrict, suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, maintain security, comply with law or enforce these terms.

Suspension or termination does not prevent MyDreamX from investigating fraud, preserving legally required records or complying with lawful requests.

20. Availability and changes

MyDreamX is under development. Features may change, become unavailable or contain errors.

Competition dates, capacity, tickets and prizes may be changed before entries open. Material changes affecting an active competition will be communicated where reasonably possible.

21. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyDreamX is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Complaints and dispute review

A player may report an account, payment, competition, scoring or prize complaint by emailing hello@mydreamx.in.

The complaint should include the registered email address, competition name and relevant details, but should not include passwords, OTPs or complete payment credentials.

23. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The final jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording for paid competitions remains subject to legal review before payments are enabled.

24. Changes to these terms

MyDreamX may update these terms when the service, competition model or applicable requirements change. The revised date will be displayed at the top of this page.

Where required, users will be asked to review and accept the updated terms before entering a competition.
